A: Delivery takes 2-3 business days in North India and Tier 1 cities and 5-7 business days in South India after your order is shipped.

A: No, currently, we only deliver within PAN India.
Payments

A: We accept online payments through Razorpay and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Q: Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
A: Yes, COD is available for all orders. However, COD orders must be confirmed over a phone call before dispatch.
Q: How do I get a refund for a canceled order?
A: Refunds for canceled orders will be processed via bank transfers or UPI. Exceptions may allow refunds for online transactions via the original payment method.

A: Due to hygiene reasons, panties, shapewear, and lingerie sets are non-returnable.

A: If the order matches your request, the return shipping cost will be borne by you. If the product is incorrect or damaged, Tweens.in will bear the return shipping cost.
